MEET OUR FOUNDER

Jennifer is a dedicated bilingual school psychologist with extensive experience working across diverse states and districts.

Throughout her practice, she witnessed a significant gap in timely evaluations for bilingual learners, often leaving students on long waitlists or without appropriate assessments. Recognizing this urgent need, she founded Vital Abilities to ensure that culturally and linguistically diverse students receive the high-quality evaluations they deserve.
